right, back to work, yet again. blurgh, i think my skin might be rotting in this super cold aircon. the temperature's like what, only 23 degress & yet i'm freezing in here. maybe bcos i'm the only one in this place & the aircon is all mine. totally not cool. sorry, bad pun right there.
Adam's sleeping at home now as i am typing this. he's been quite sick these past few days actually. yesterday his eyes were so puffy but i made him go out cos i had to eat lunch. am i very evil? haha. NOT. but it was a nice day. we had lunch then walked ard J8 and ended up slacking in the library till almost closing time then we both headed hom early cos we were super tired.
but its totally unfair bcos he doesn't have to work whereas i have to. :( he'll be working only on Saturday, which also means i won't be able to see him since he's doing the full shift thing. maybe i shall go meet the family :) haven't been meeting them these past few weeks. i miss ya'll.
mom's out buying lunch for me. i'm not exactly hungry & she kept forcing me to go out with them for lunch. i didn't feel like it. personal reasons i shall not mention here, just in case. :) but the food will be coming soon, i think? i can wait for it to come la, cos i'm not hungry, as in seriously. i don't know why i keep repeating myself. i'm just feeling extremely tired & exhausted. not forgetting the fact that i have to keep a pleasant face in front of everyone, especially the pastor. he's scary.
there' some colleague rivalry going on between my mom and some other woman. i swear what they're all doing is very stupid indeed. i can just laugh at their stupidity. basically what happened was that that lady, let's call her J, put some coffee maker on the table top near the pantry. it was left there for like a few weeks but nothing was done with it. so my mom asked who left it there, blahblah. asked her to take it away since no one was using it, put down there like waste space also. so J got mad, removed it & never talked to my mom ever again. & that was what, 3 weeks ago? i swear its so stupid. my mom tried talking to J after that but all she did was ignore her like as if she wan't there. wtf? doesn't that only happen in school? -.- oh, & just yestd some women colleagues bought J a basket of flowers & left my mom's name (plus other colleagues) out. this is an office so doesn't everyone work together? what is this, creating different 'cliques' now, SO SECONDARY/PRIMARY SCHOOL. i wanted to laugh la.
the reason behind the sudden secret flowers was bcos they wanted to encourage her, cos she wanted to resign apparently. my mom had to confront her colleagues & then you know what the best part was? they blamed her. even asked her to apologize. WTF? seriously, i didn't know what the fuss is all about. its just abt some stupid coffee maker what. and one colleague was like "christians shouldn't act like that mah, must treat everyone nice." wtf man. aren't we all human too? you can't expect ALL of us to be the same right. i mean, yes we try but sometimes we too commit mistakes. and J works in the 'missions' area, which exposes her to different types of ppl. so she met my mom & her confrontation, she can't even handle that? she isn't even suited for this job then. just a little bit & you give up. srsly. CHILDISH SHIT ALERT!
i guess all this ranting is boring everyone. i'm bored too but typing everything out's pretty good. hahahahahaah. i suddenly thought of what my mom told me. its abt the (fill-in-the-blanks) i dont even know if i'm allowed to say this here. let's just say its abt the boss's wife. she dresses like shit! no i'm serious. she looks like a coffee/tea maker. my mom's his secretary & she dressed better than her. ok, that was very bitchy of me, i know. sorry.
i have to find mother's day & father's day pictures for my mom cos she's in charge of the gifts. but i'm sidetracking, bcos there's internet for me hahaha. but i promise to get it done, maybe tmr. for now, i've got more paper cutting to do. i swear everyone's out to bully me. just bcos i'm just here part timr & the receptionist, everyone has this misconception that i'm extremely free. but piling me up with rubbish assignments make me extremely busy ok. adults are so lazy sometimes. =/
okok, off i go now. i guess i'll be back later. hahaha Childish woman just walked into the office & plastered that stupid grin on her face. she looks abit like Sally from Sally Salon. actually she looks very much like her, eeee, uncanny resemblance. maybe her mom likes playing Sally Salon... no i'm kidding.
